Will Bradley, Typographic Dude.






















Leave it to Will to make a publishing house look something other than boring. This particular company started out publishing only religious books but later published Agatha Christie's works. The ampersand in the title is so amazing. I'd tell you more but Lula is tapping my leg with her paw. It's past her dinner time.

Teresa Woodward, 1967.






















This groovy illustration was drawn by Teresa Woodward, Art Directed by Richard Nava for Westinghouse Broadcasting Company back in 1967. I found this in a West Coast advertising annual. If this were redrawn now, there would be a LOT more cars on the freeway.
